Phospholipase B-like family

General Phospholipase B family is a poorly characterized lipase family.

In venom, a few papers describe these enzymes as having an hemolytic activity (Doery and Pearson, 1964, Bernheimer et al., 1986, Bernheimer et al., 1987) ; no sequences have been linked to this activity.
